Nevertheless, when the Son Of Man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? - Book Of Luke.
Most Christians who call Christianity their religion are, in fact, not followers of the Son Of Man but more disciples of their religious leanings and personal interpretations. They may call Jesus Lord but refuse to do as He teaches and His commandments freely ignore. The Ten Commandments are only guideposts, as I heard one bragging pastor declare to his enthralled flock of silly-minded sheep and told them they did not have to observe the Sabbath. This man is truly a false shepherd as described within the pages of scripture. Yet, the witless ones are his faithful followers of the religion he teaches them and are slaves to their interpretations. What can be done to save such simple-minded people?
This generation of professing believers is falling by the score; they have drifted into the deadly shoals that are impaling their vessels of faith; they have chosen the path of folly and ruin to apostasy, and who can turn them back? Their ears are filled with lead, their eyes with sand, their understanding seared so they cannot discern truth anymore, and their feet run from one unfaithful shepherd to the next. Even as the apostle Paul had written to Timothy in his second epistle, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. As Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds reprobate concerning the faith.
Evil days are upon the faithful, and the wicked one will spare none of them as he seeks to destroy all who faithfully stand with the Lord Jesus and who will not bow down laden with compromises, enticing speech, intellectual recognition, and personal views. The Lord Jesus Christ will not accept anyone who compromises with evil and waters down his words to soothe an injured soul who cannot hear the words of truth, righteousness, and obedience. There is no personal idol named the Son Of God! The cross is very real, and every believer must carry one! Love is not a request but a command! When He said to follow him, millions will not, though they say they will. Remember the two sons. One said he would go out into the fields when commanded but later didn’t. The other said that he wouldn’t, but later he did. Which one was faithful?
You foolish believers need to stop the knee-jerking! If Jesus is Lord, do as He commands; if not, then remain in your sins. There is no compromising with God. Either you love him and will do as commanded, or you do not love him and will walk in disobedience. Period.
And then they will say that we are not walking in love, but whose love are they talking about? The love of man or the love of God? I daresay the love of man is what they are speaking of. The love of God is truth, but when sin is covered, compromised, or even welcomed within the body of Christ, the Word prevails over injured emotions. Doesn’t Jesus say that we are to obey every word that comes from the mouth of God? Well, most of those who proclaim Christ as Lord refuses to do as the Lord says by breaking his law and commands at will because they most foolishly believe those laws were abolished on the cross. So, why did Jesus come to earth? To save mankind from their sins, which means the breaking of the law!
Furthermore, the Lord also told us not even to think that he came to abolish the law, but indeed, most have. Have the heavens and the earth been done away with? Of course not, therefore the law of God still stands as a testimony to those who decry it.
Those who call themselves believers and yet do not keep the law are known as law breakers, and Jesus has made it very clear that such people will be rejected by him because they rejected the Father and denied the Son through their disobedient acts of disbelief. Therefore, we cry out to this very foolish and disobedient crowd of deniers, calling them to turn back from their wicked ways. But they refuse to listen, instead they cling to their false teachers, the lying authors, the manipulative televangelists, the home bible leaders, and they love those who practice and teach lies. And what does the Lord have to say about those who love Him and the truth and those who don’t?
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. For without are dogs, (sodomites) and sorcerers, and whoremongers, (fornicators) and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. - Book Of revelation.
So, will you turn from the words of the Son Of God to listen to the liars? Will you reject his words of life only to embrace the words of death? How stupid can you be? Your blindness is incredibly powerful, and your ears must be twitching quite furiously to recieve those ungodly lies coming from the hearts and mouths of men predestined for destruction. Oh yes, they speak with such glowing faces of the love they have for Jesus, they’ll sing such glorious songs of praise, they’ll boast of spiritual gifts and understanding, they’ll heal the sick, and perhaps even raise the dead, but you need to hear once again the warning that the Lord gives concerning such people.
Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? And in thy name cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then I will profess unto them,, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (lawlessness) - Book Of Matthew.
We are called to do the will of the Father, not our will or the will of others but the Father! We are to live by every word that the Father speaks! We are not asked about our opinions and counsel as those shameless charlatans who pretend to speak with God do, and they will most certainly recieve the penalty for their wickedness. We have been told that the scripture is not privately or secretly discerned or revealed, but is open to all men to understand for God desires that all men should be saved. The spiritual things of God, however, can only be spiritually recieved by the man who has the spirit of the living God. And even then men are still able to corrupt what they have recieved, and abuse it to their own eventual destruction. I personally know of couples who “lead” home Bible studies, and love Jesus so much and have a ministry, or so they say, in casting out demons and healing people and more, but yet they refuse to keep his commandments and turn away those who don’t accept their teachings. And you have just read what the Lord has to say concerning such believers. Then you have to choose to either believe such people or trust in the Lord. I trust in the Lord and will not follow the lies. I would hope that you will do the same.
Remember, the body of Christ is made up of individuals who believe in Him, and have placed their faith and hope in him as the Father has commanded us to do. The body is not an organization or a building with a man elected to be a minister, for indeed many who see themselves as such, in truth promote the established lies found in many doctrinal statements. No man is the head of his body, and that includes the Popes of both Western and Eastern churches. You will find his body where TWO OR MORE are gathered in His name. A true believer walks in faithfullness, love and obedience to his commands.
You do not need to learn ancient languages, secret numbers, read newly discovered “gospels” or any other book outside of the Bible as it is given. The Lord knows perfectly how to place which books together to give unto man. And that book is called the Bible. Anything outside of it is to be considered untrustworthy at best. Remember this, if cartographers of Biblical movements cannot place the Israelites at the Red Sea as the Bible places them, what else are they getting wrong? Trust God, trust his written word, and trust his spoken word, the Lord Jesus Christ. Live by his words and not the words and lies of men. Your very soul depends on your decision.
I remain a brother to the faithful in Christ Jesus.
