The Vainity of The Mind In Regards To the Christ Of God

Men desire to worship God as they imagine it to be. They will take some readings from religious literature, hear the teachings of those professing to be called teachers, and use their imaginings to fill in the areas that cloud their reason. The result is a vast multitude of Christian-themed organizations and everyone claiming the oracles of God to their affectionate adherents. One group may claim the mother of God as their supreme deity, which has been practiced since the days of Noah, thereby adding truth to the words of a wise king that there is nothing new under the sun. Others will claim apostolic authority as they mix and match theology with their private interpretations to produce a new sensation for their disciples. Still, others demand imperiously that their followers do precisely as they are taught, or they must suffer banishment and the wrath of God. In truth, they all are deceivers and manipulators of the Holy words of God and His Christ, and as a result, they become followers of their vain imaginings.

God has given us His written word to live by. Still, few indeed live by them despite the words that Jesus spoke, saying that man shall live by every word from the mouth of God. In contrast, a man will say, listen to me; I will explain what God means; the result is another one bites the dust into fallacies and, when not turned aside unto the truth of the scriptures, will fall headlong into theological misery and deception. And many are to be found struggling deep within the bog of ignorance.

Instead of believing the Holy Scriptures that came from God, man loves to interpret them according to his understanding and mix and match various readings to promote a new theology, thereby placing a twist on the words and deceiving the multitudes as they have been doing since the days of Noah. In truth, as Lucifer, in the guise of the serpent, said to Eve, Did God say? And how did Eve respond? She turned away from God's express command and leaned unto her own understanding; the rest is current history. Believers are still breaking God’s commandments at will because THEY DO NOT BELIEVE!

It is almost impossible to right a believer who has been fed lies and fables from the church, for they will resist by clinging to the lies wholeheartedly, and the one speaking the truth will be cast away and derided. It must be stated that no man anywhere has a monopoly on truth, whether of man or God, but let it be known that the Holy Spirit of the Living God will never lead a man into sin but into righteousness. And that same Holy Spirit will never go against the law and commands of God. Be aware that those who call themselves believers but have rejected the law of God are nothing less than deceivers. Having been deceived, they will teach others to do the same. And the spirit leading them to do this is not the Holy Spirit of the Living God, but a lying and deceiving spirit. But, of course, I and others who speak out against these things are labeled as liars, antichrists, dividers of the brethren, and more. But I am not afraid, and neither are those who cry out to the foolish ones, for we have a mandate to speak the truth. I am not seeking fame, fortune, or the praises of men, and neither am I seeking a favored chair on any stage or bookstore. I abhor such media gimmicks, for my attention is focused on the one who has placed this burden upon my heart, and it is there where I have my treasures. And all believers in Christ should have their treasures in him and not in this world.

Many build kingdoms based on their goods, such as homes, lands, and equipment. Others seek a worldly crown in the business world and at their jobs. Still, others decide to withdraw from the stress of communities and become solitary creatures claiming to meditate on God, but in truth, they're simply practicing rebellion against his commands. Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel, making disciples of all men. And He did not mean to go out and seek wealth, fame, and fortune in His name as so many foolishly have done and are doing today. But on the end are those who wilfully seek out poverty and persecution, once again avoiding the command to live peaceably with all men as far as possible and to be His witnesses until the end. Persecutions will come on their own accord, needing no provoking acts of self-idolatry, for it is written, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. But the vain imaginings of men strive to set forth their wills against the measured steps of the Lord and, in their rash behavior, bring innumerable troubles upon the crowns worn.

The first five books of the Bible are known as the books of the Law, and within those pages, we can learn the good and acceptable will of the Lord. The Ten Commandments are the foundations of those laws, but millions of believers have been taught that those laws are no longer in effect. Such prattling fools to speak such wicked words and issue blasphemous statements against the Most High God! Such evilness will be dealt with accordingly in the time set aside for their punishment. For in their wicked words, you will see their eternal punishment as a dark squall line on the horizon, for no man nowhere has the authority to abolish the law of God, the Creator of all things, including the very hairs on your head. And when you hear people speak thus, you are left in the presence of those courting death in their rebellious words. Leave them in their vanity and confusion of heart lest you be ensnared with their bombastic claims and be consumed with them by the wrath of a Holy God.

Go to Psalm 119 and read about how beautiful the law is, and remember the words of the Lord Jesus when He warned you not to trifle nor annul the law because it still stands today in full force and measure. Only fools believe and teach otherwise, and will you enjoin yourselves to the company of such people? Death courts such wayward fools, but we are called unto the author of life. We are to turn away from the darkness and seek out the light of Jesus Christ in truth, His truth, and not the deceitfulness of men and their wicked ways that have caused many to stumble in the light.

To know the law is to seek wisdom, knowledge and understanding. To keep the law is life. To practice and teach others to do the same is to be blessed by God. Please don’t accept the lies from the false teachers, no matter how enticing they sound! You won’t taste the arsenic in a sweetened slurry!

Man is vain as is are the imaginings of the heart and mind. You have free will and the ability to choose, which makes a difference in your life path. You do not need to listen to the lies of men when the Bible is set before your eyes, and you are determined to follow its precepts and commands, for in them you will find life. Study the Bible and become familiar with it. Do as it commands. Listen to the words of wisdom. Learn to discern between good and evil and choose to do good. Be obedient and practice faithfulness. Genesis to Revelation is an open book for you to read, believe, and obey if you want eternal life. But all liars will have their place in the lake of fire, including those who claim the faith in fault and error.

And for those who will hold firmly to the Lord and His words, hold firm until the end, for then you will receive the crown of life given to those who hold the truth in uprightness of heart and have loved the Lord, despising the commands of men and the fear of death. Love the Lord, the brethren, those who hate and despise you. Be merciful, patient, and kind. Do not repay evil with evil.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus be upon those who love Him in truth and serve in faithfulness of heart.

I remain a brother to those upholding the truth in faith and temperament.
