The Axe to The Tree

What is Truth?

The Created Reality

Everyone creates their own version of truth or has it created for them. And in return, they create truth for another. And truth is always subjective to how one reacts to the world in which they are immersed within. And that world is always interpretive according to their personal views and forced realities.

So, once again, what is truth in a vast ocean of ambiguous thoughts, perceptions, clichés, views, definitions, interpretations, and expectations?

Jesus saith unto him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me.”

Again,

I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. Book of John.

That is the sum of the matter. No philosophies, no political pundits, no teacher, no one on earth has ever been able to match those words or even come close to answering the one question on every man’s mind at one point or another. But Jesus Christ not only did, but he threw aside every single worthless interpretation of man as one would empty the over-filled trash can. No religion on earth can provide the answers that mankind needs answered except for the Son of God himself, the Lord Jesus Christ.

And he is the very one that humanity hates the most, the only one that can save a race determined on self-extinction, and the Father’s wrath.

In the letter that John, the last living apostle of Jesus penned, the one we know as “Revelation”, it is revealed the final stages of mankind’s madness.  As sin or better known as lawlessness increases, the wickedness of man will reach new technological heights and horrific immoral depths of open depravity. And if the Son of Man does not return then no life would remain. But he is returning and will put an end to mankind’s wicked and rebellious ways, and He will establish his throne in Jerusalem and rule over all the earth and its inhabitants with an iron scepter.

That is definitely bad news for the workers of iniquity for if they are not dead before He returns, they will be removed from the earth by His holy angels in very quick order and cast into the outer darkness to await their punishment on the second resurrection.

There will be no rebels such as in the Star Wars fantasies, no holdouts in Siberia, no workers of lawlessness, no political entities, no, nothing whatsoever that attempts to elevate itself above the Son of God. As a matter of fact, those that remain of the human race will spend seven years melting all the weapons of war and making plowshares out of them. Every man will have his wife and a piece of land to plant a garden. The Lord shall set his kings over the nations and priests in every town and city to preach the laws of God, something that modern-day believers adamantly refuse to obey, claiming that they were abolished on the cross. And such absurd and wicked teachings have overrun the churches unto this very hour. Lies upon lies.

Jesus said that He is the truth, and if you call Him, “Lord”, then why are you not obeying His law and commandments?

And why call ye me, “Lord, Lord”, and do not the things which I say? Book of Luke.

Truth is hard to accept when obedience is required and expected, especially when refusal to obey is the nectar of the unfaithful servant. Jesus has warned us repeatedly that disobedience will result in punishment and death if persisted, but still the unfaithful ones persist in their unbelief. And by their refusal to obey, they are denying the veracity of His words, in effect they are calling the Son of God a liar.

If you would take the time, and have the desire to know, then read the first five books of the Bible known as the Torah and learn what the penalties for disobedience are. They are written in the law for all who have ears to hear may learn and understand. Don’t be consumed by ignorance with this generation of slothful believers who prefer the delicacies of easy faith while steadfastly avoiding the discipline of the Lord.

Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called today, lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end: whilst it is said, “Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation”. For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. But with whom was He grieved forty years? Was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness? And to whom swore he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So, we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. Hebrews.

And what are modern-day believers doing by discarding his words? Acting in disbelief. And as you have just read, those who act so presumptuously will not enter into his rest. But I ask, what excuse can a believer offer to justify their unrighteous behavior? Under whose teachings have they replaced the teachings of the Holy Scriptures? And why have they turned their hearts away from the truth to become slaves of vain fables?

Because they do not believe what Jesus told them, and because of their unbelief, they will not enter into his rest. And this unbelief causes them to search out choice portions of scripture, again, to justify their disobedience. But it will not stand as Jesus so clearly put it. Those who practice lawlessness and iniquity will not inherit the kingdom of God. They think that they will because of their avowed love and works, but they were committed out of a spirit of unbelief. They tried to get into the sheepfold by another way. They sincerely thought they would be accepted despite the warnings many times given. They were deceived, and as a result, were denied eternal life.

So many warnings ignored. So many times, keeping the commandments admonished throughout the scriptures, and yet unbelief reigns supreme in the modern-day Christian world. Or why would the commandments be abolished only to allow sin to reign unpunished? Then the agony of the cross is nullified and His death unnecessary. And God dethroned in shame.

I speak thus if only to plead the opening of your hearts and minds.

The truth is that sin is deadly. It brought war in heaven. It caused the death of millions in the global flood of both mankind and beast. It destroyed kingdoms and brought death to hundreds of millions. It’s wreaking havoc both globally and in the singular noun. Sin is lawlessness! So, why would a believer practice lawlessness? Because of their unbelief. Because the truth is not in them.

And many are offended and will run to the scriptures and their leaders to quell their agitated hearts, because the audacity to proclaim the truth as the Scriptures proclaim them runs tantamount to theological heresy and the teachings so wrongfully interpreted to and accepted by them. Those pastors, ministers, doctors, teachers and prophets who practice and teach lawlessness are themselves blind leaders of the blind. And the pit awaits them without fail.

Clouds without water, trees uprooted and twice dead, a dying branch with no vine, dirty robes of sin, no oil in the lamp, no talents to produce, and works of the flesh denying the fruits of the Spirit. These are pleasure seekers seeking out their own personal interpretations, opinions matter as they scour the newest Bibles, gathering believers to build up a group of conformists. And there is a way that seemeth right to a man, but that way leads to death. And death always deceives the unwary with lies. And lies are not the truth, but Jesus is.

All believers must choose life or death, the wide way or the narrow, pleasant hills of popularity or the desert regions of discipline. Lawlessness is a lie, it is sin, disobedience and the ultimate price to pay is the loss of eternity and a never-ending Lake of Fire with the devil and the fallen angels.

The lies are plentiful and the false prophets numerous and the teachings clever and well placed within the hearts of the unsuspecting believers. And which one is chosen will be the path to be trodden upon. Therefore, search out the Scriptures and believe what they are telling you, and do not rely on a man when what he teaches runs against the truth.

Jesus is your only Master, and He alone is the truth, and let all men who teach otherwise be proven liars in the light of His word.

I remain your brother in the Lord.
